Abstract

The article presents the results of an empirical study on methodological support as a factor in successful teacher self-education during the certification process. Based on the research conducted among preschool education teachers, the main problems and barriers faced by educators in the process of professional qualification improvement were identified. The study examined the impact of various forms of methodological support, such as master classes, seminars, conferences, and individual consultations, on increasing motivation for self-education and overall job satisfaction. It was found that systematic and comprehensive methodological support contributes to enhancing professional competence, improving the quality of educational services, and increasing professional motivation among teachers. The necessity of developing differentiated methodological support programs tailored to the individual needs of teachers and the specificities of educational institutions was substantiated. The research results can be used to improve the system of professional development for educators, develop recommendations for methodological support, and create conditions for effective self-education within the certification process.
