Abstract

The article examines innovative approaches to the development of teacher competencies, prospects for their implementation, and the experience of different countries in such innovation. The work uses such methods as analysis, synthesis and generalization. The purpose of the research is to identify and reveal modern approaches to the development of teachers' competencies. It was determined that the goal of educational innovations is to create a complete picture of the world for each applicant and the development of various sides of the personality, from emotional well-being to the ability to make responsible decisions. The authors highlight the main prospects for the implementation of innovative approaches to teacher development. It is considered how different countries of the world are actively implementing innovative approaches to the development of teachers' competencies. It is substantiated that changes in modern Ukrainian society, especially in the field of education, require new approaches and innovative strategies.
