Анотація

The article provides a retrospective analysis of the events that took place in Kyiv during the full-scale war. A number of elements are described that are important during war. In particular, emphasis was placed on the evacuation of people from Kyiv and the return of people (re-emigration). A number of safety measures are shown. Functioning of educational, cultural, sports institutions. Operation of transport, including during the air alert period. Special attention is paid to the functioning of educational institutions, including preschool, secondary and higher institutions. The peculiarities of the operation of shops, pharmacies and other establishments are revealed. The article includes an analysis of life activities in conditions of insufficient supply of electricity. A comprehensive analysis of the events that took place in Kyiv makes it possible to assess the most important risks and draw conclusions about the main steps that must be taken during the war.
