Abstract
The article highlights the intermediate results of the research on the topic «Psychological and pedagogical support of the personal and professional development of future teachers in the conditions of the implementation of new educational standards». In line with the statement of the stated problem, an original (author's) interpretation of the leading scientific concepts and conceptual ideas, which formed the basis of the research of the scientific problem, is presented. Certain aspects of the article reveal connections with the previous scientific research of the authors, which enables an in-depth presentation of the material and expands the information field of the presentation. The peculiarities of the application of innovative educational practices in the training of primary school teachers based on axiological, anthropocentric, active, personally oriented and competence approaches are highlighted. The structural and logical presentation of the content of the psychological and pedagogical support of the personal and professional development of future primary school teachers in the process of educational practice is revealed. In accordance with the purpose and tasks, a step-by-step content-technological content of the educational practice program and the electronic training course (developed by the authors of the article) is presented. Among others, they are distinguished by their focus on the formation and development of a conscious acceptance of human values and the development of personal values, which are important for the development of higher education students' ability and readiness to perform the professional functions of a teacher, and internal motivation for self-development. The peculiarities of the practical activities of future primary school teachers at the organizational, research, reflective stages of educational practice and during the performance of independent searching personally oriented tasks are highlighted. The essence and content of the tasks are revealed: development of the road map of the studentintern, diagnosis of the individual development of the student – according to the provided methods (search for diagnostic tools), development of author's didactic games, etc. Examples of productive experience in the application of innovative educational technologies for the formation of 21st century skills, the use of digital tools, in particular, a blog, as a kind of accumulator of the results of research and independent works developed by the student are given. Visualization in the «Blog of personal and professional growth» strengthens the possibilities of communication between students of higher education and managers of practices (important in the conditions of distance, mixed learning), contributes to the accumulation of material for carrying out a comparative analysis of the dynamics of educational achievements, which emphasizes personal development achievements, provides information for building every higher education student of a personal development trajectory. The educational and methodical materials from educational practice highlighted in the article were tested in the educational process of the Borys Grinchenko Kyiv Metropolitan University.
