Abstract

Music management in Ukraine is undergoing dynamic changes. Digital technologies and new opportunities for promotion and international cooperation open up positive prospects for professionals in this field. It is noted that digital tools increase the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, promote better interaction with the audience, and expand the possibilities of promotion in social networks. Flexibility and autonomy, skill development and professional growth, and impact on the music industry are among the benefits. Challenges include a lack of financial resources, limited promotion channels, and a low level of ethics in the relationship between the artist and the manager. In today's world, digital technologies have become an integral part of almost all spheres of life, and the music industry is no exception. The widespread and comprehensive use of modern digital technologies at all stages of the creation and distribution of musical works is essential for the development of the industry. Today, this sphere is a unique industry involving authors, performers, record companies, production centers, labels, distributors, and legislators. Music managers, who are responsible for organizing and promoting music projects, are also largely dependent on the effectiveness of innovative technologies in their professional activities. Music management in Ukraine is at the stage of active development and adaptation to modern conditions. Digital technologies have become a key factor in improving the professional activities of music managers. They provide new tools for organizing, analyzing, communicating, and distributing content, which greatly facilitates and accelerates many processes in the music business.
