Abstract
The paper investigates the phraseological world view as an indispensable part of the linguistic world picture. The work emphasises phraseological units (PUs) importance as a means to clarify the linguistic world view. It also takes into account the main differences and similarities of various world views exemplifying them by phraseological units from three European languages - English, Spanish and Ukrainian.
