Abstract

The article is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the processes of self-actualization, self-realization and self-esteem of the individual, in particular, of students. The article considers these concepts as key aspects of personal development, training and professional development. The relationship between these concepts and their impact on the personal, and professional development of future psychologists is investigated. The article is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the processes of self-actualization, self-esteem and self-realization of the individual, in particular, of students. The article considers these concepts as key aspects of personal development, training and professional development. The relationship between these concepts and their impact on the scientific, personal, and professional development of future psychologists is investigated. The article reveals the importance of self-esteem as a criterion for determining one's own progress and achievements and also explores how self-actualization and self-realization contribute to the formation of a deep understanding of one's own personality and one's goals. It was demonstrated that self-actualization involves the revelation of personal potential, as opposed to self-realization, which includes self-knowledge and self-expression in a social environment. In particular, the factors that determine the quality of self-esteem as well as the relationship between these aspects and the corresponding impact on the personal development of students are considered. It was emphasized that the relevance of this problem is determined both by the development trends of self-actualization in modern individuals, as well as by the necessity of studying the professional skills of future psychologists who will become regulators of behavior on the path of life.
