Abstract

The phenomenon of professional self-realization is analyzed and interpreted as a process of conscious, most complete and free actualization of the potential of the individual in the process of his/her work activity. The conclusion is formulated that professional self-realization can be interpreted not only as a process, but also as a result of conscious, complete and free actualization of the potential of the individual in the course of his/her professional activity.
