Анотація

At the present stage, changes are taking place in preschool education: improving the content of education; introducing modern approaches to organizing educational interaction with children of early and preschool age; introducing modern approaches and using innovative technologies in the process of organizing educational interaction with children of early and preschool age. Future educators of preschool educational institutions in the process of planning and methodological support of constructive activities with children of early and preschool age should be prepared to implement the following important tasks: take into account psychological, physiological, socio-economic aspects, support educational interaction with children of early and preschool age in constructive activities based on personally oriented and activity-based approaches, pedagogically justify the choice of appropriate forms, means and methods; contribute to the formation of aesthetic tastes of children, provide suitable conditions for the full development of the future creative personality; use innovative technologies in the upbringing and development of children; actively cooperate with parents of children; provide psychological and pedagogical support in the process of constructive activities with pupils of the preschool educational institution. Future preschool teachers should realize the importance of using a personally oriented approach, which requires organizing pedagogical support for the educational process on the basis of respect for the child and taking into account the peculiarities of his or her individual development. The purpose of the article is to scientifically substantiate and experimentally verify the features and pedagogical conditions of training future educators to interact with children of early and preschool age in constructive activities based on the material of the academic discipline «Design and Experimentation in Early Childhood Education». To achieve the set goal and solve the research tasks, a set of scientific research methods was used: theoretical (analysis, synthesis, analogy, comparison, classification, systematization, generalization, and forecasting to clarify the state of the research problem in the scientific literature); empirical (pedagogical observation, questionnaires, testing, conversation, survey, interviewing); statistical (methods of mathematical statistics (for quantitative and qualitative analysis of empirical data, establishing their reliability and plausibility)). Practical implications.In the process of studying the discipline «Design and Experimentation in Early Childhood Education», students use the practical material of a certified electronic training course, which is posted on the platform, which is accessible to students of the first (bachelor's) level of higher education in the specialty 012 Preschool Education of the Faculty of Pedagogical Education of the Borys Grinchenko Kyiv Metropolitan University. Value/originality. We revealed key concepts on this topic; and characterized the essence of the problem of forming the readiness of future educators to interact with children of early and preschool age in constructive activities based on the material of the academic discipline «Design and Experimentation in Early Childhood Education»; determined the main means of forming in future educators the skills of interaction with children of early and preschool age in constructive activities; determined the criteria, indicators, and levels of formation of the readiness of future educators to interact with children of early and preschool age; described the state of readiness of future educators to interact with children of early and preschool age in constructive activities; clarified the pedagogical conditions and highlighted the results of their implementation in the process of preparing future educators to interact with children of early and preschool age in constructive activities
