Abstract
The article examines the current problems of postgraduate teacher education in the context of implementing the concept of the New Ukrainian School. The necessity of systemic transformation of this sphere is substantiated, taking into account the current challenges and needs of the educational environment. The key areas of change are highlighted, including the transition to a model of continuous education, active implementation of digital technologies, creation of conditions for research activities of teachers, as well as the combination of technologicalisation of the educational process with a personality-oriented approach and the creative potential of the teacher. It is emphasised that only with active changes can postgraduate teacher education become an effective mechanism for improving the quality of education, professional development of teachers and the realisation of the ideals of the New Ukrainian School - a school of competencies, personal growth and success of each student.
