Abstract

The article reveals the problem of forming the readiness of future educators to interact with children of the 5th year of life in constructive activities. The approach to forming professional competence of educators needs to be updated and improved. The child of the XXI century needs new approaches, methods, and means of interaction with him/her. The training of future preschool teachers who will interact with children of the 5th year of life, specialists in this field, should be interpreted as an independent system unit based on axiological, personality-oriented, reflective, cultural, research, and innovative forms, methods, and means of influence. A significant number of studies in psychology and pedagogy have been devoted to the problem of preparing future educators to interact with children of the 5th year of life in constructive activities. In particular, various studies have developed innovative teaching methods, pedagogical conditions for the formation of creative abilities in the process of psychological and pedagogical training. In the article, we describe the results of the analysis of the experimental study of the problem of forming the readiness of future educators to interact with children of the 5th year of life in constructive activities on the material of the discipline «Design and experimentation in preschool education». The results of the implementation of the developed system of work on the effectiveness of the tested content of training future educators to interact with children of the 5th year of life in constructive activities, conclusions and generalizations are presented; pedagogical conditions for improving the results of students – future educators of preschool educational institutions in the study of the discipline «Design and experimentation in preschool educational institutions» are described. The formation of constructive activity of children of the 5th year of life requires a structural and functional model of the professional training system of future preschool teachers' readiness to interact with children in constructive activities. The information received by students – future educators of preschool educational institutions should be consistent and systematic, and the formation of ideas about constructive activity should begin with age psychology (where students learn about the peculiarities of the development of a child of this age) and pedagogy, game theory, etc. The article reveals important approaches, in particular, the axiological one, where, in the process of training a future educator, common values and a sustainable professional outlook are formed. The implementation of the axiological approach in the professional training of future educators for constructive activities in preschool education contributes to the formation of a conscious attitude of students to the formation of their own constructive skills, adaptation of the system of values of future specialists to the hierarchy of values of society (humanistic, aesthetic, creative values), in which their future professional activity will take place. This methodological approach is aimed at developing emotional intelligence, creative activity, gaining resilience to change, and forming an achievement orientation
