Abstract

The study of legislative support for the digitalization of personnel management as a tool of modernization of the civil service was conducted. The main attention is paid to the importance of information and communication technologies in the processes of selection, hiring, training and evaluation of employees, which helps to optimize management decisions and improve the transparency of state bodies. As a result of the analysis of normative legal acts and scientific articles, the need to develop regulatory support for the implementation of digitalization of personnel management in public administration was established. The value of digital technologies is emphasized not only for process automation, but also for creating new personnel management opportunities. The article states that at this stage in Ukraine there are already implementation of projects that contribute to the introduction of information systems, such as HRMIS, which is an important element in the development of a digital state. At the same time, problems related to the scattering of normative legal acts are considered, which complicates the introduction of new technologies.
