Abstract
At the present stage of socio-economic development of our country, the issue of raising and teaching children in constantly changing conditions is extremely relevant. It is impossible to successfully implement it without proper psychologization of methodological support for students' learning. It is obvious that these processes must be started from primary school. Based on the theoretical analysis of the ideas and psychological concepts of famous researchers (K.O. Abulkhanova-Slavskaya, B.G. Ananyev, G.O. Ball, I.D. Bekh, B.S. Bibler, I.A. Zyazyun, O.M. Leontyev, S.D. Maksymenko, V.D. Shadrikov) and the definition of the content of the teacher's psychological culture (I.D. Bekh, V.I. Voitko, O.V. Proskura, V.V. Rybalka, R.I. Skulsky, N.V. Chepeleva), the psychological conditions for the formation of the professional position of a primary school teacher are presented and disclosed in detail. We have defined the theoretical principles of the study of the professional position of a teacher, the essence and structure of this psychological phenomenon, identified and classified the psychological conditions for the formation of a professional position, and revealed their content. The professional position is considered as an integral, dynamic system of internal attitudes, values, motives and attitudes towards the profession, towards students, colleagues and towards oneself as a specialist, which determines the nature of pedagogical activity. Based on the analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature and the results of our own research, a complex of internal (personal) and external (organizational and environmental) psychological conditions that contribute to the formation of the professional position of a primary school teacher has been identified and analyzed. It is substantiated that the formation of a holistic, humanistically oriented, reflective and sustainable professional position is the basis for assessing the quality of primary education and the professional development of a teacher. Practical recommendations for the system of training and advanced training of pedagogical personnel are given. The formation of the professional position of a primary school teacher is a nonlinear process that goes through a number of stages and occurs under the influence of internal and external conditions, and the result is achieved through their synergy. Key internal conditions include: strong humanistically directed motivation, developed pedagogical reflection, etc. No less important are external conditions: a favorable socio-psychological climate in the teaching staff of an educational institution, an effective system of mentoring and psychological and pedagogical support, a humanistic style of management of an educational institution, etc.
