Анотація

The article describes the problem of forming the axiosphere of personality in modern higher pedagogical education. The scientific works of domestic and foreign researchers, regulatory and legal documents are analysed and the essence of the concepts of «values», «axiosphere of personality» is clarified. The generalized characteristics of values and their functional purpose are highlighted, namely: the positive significance of phenomena; «primary» new formation of personality; regulation of interpersonal relationships of people; ideal model of what is proper in the context of the requirements of society; a unifying link between society, social environment and personality; tracing in culture, society and its institutions, in the personality; formation of a holistic system, which is an essential element of the organization of society; the internal core of culture. The classification of values in modern pedagogical science is considered (including: universal, national, individual; group, corporate, public, humanistic, moral, ethnic, spiritually significant, aesthetic, ethical, family and other values). A hierarchical system of individual values (axiosphere) is presented, which should include: social values; values of communication; values of activity; values of self-preservation; values of selfaffirmation and self-realization; universal values; values that characterize the personal qualities of the individual; aesthetic values; values of self-significant types of activity. The attention is focused on the age-related characteristics of higher education applicants (social development situation, new formation, leading activities). The requirements and main directions for ensuring the proper formation of the axiosphere of the personality in higher pedagogical education are emphasized. The methodology for forming the axiosphere of the personality in higher educational institutions (axiooriented forms and methods) is presented, such as: axio-oriented lectures, round tables, business games, quests, case methods, brainstorming.
