Abstract

In the thesis an authоr investigates the problem of the future music teacher forming of ability to professional self-development in the instrumental-performing training process. The analysis of pedagogical theory and practice of professional training of future music teacher, the specificity of professional self-development of future music teacher specified the nature and meaning of „professional self-development of future music teacher” and „the ability of future music teachers to professional self-development in the instrumental-performing training process”. Based on the study and analysis of scientific and educational literature they were defined component structure of the future music teacher commitment to professional self-development in the instrumental performance training (motivational and evaluative, cognitive, reflective and activity) criteria and the level of its formation. The model of the forming of ability to professional self-development of future music teachers in the instrumental performance training is improved. Pedagogical conditions for preparation of future music teacher to professional self-development in the instrumental performance training process were developed and tested. The efficiency of the suggested Pedagogical conditions in the educational process of universities was proved.
