Анотація

The theses offered to your attention are aimed at finding theoretical and legal factors that determine the effectiveness of education and science as social activities of an economically developed society. The level of socio-economic development depends on the level of support for the spheres of education and science. It is generally accepted that these areas are not considered highly profitable areas. But they play an important role as basic elements on which the efficiency of the business sphere is based and are in close economic and legal connection. Therefore, the business sphere is a practical embodiment of the knowledge, experience, skills, and cultural values available in society.
