Abstract

The article examines the theoretical principles of assessing the deferred impact of training programs for individuals to provide home care services. The aim of the article is to develop a theoretical model for assessing the deferred impact of training programs for individuals to provide home care services and to substantiate the methodological principles of such assessment. The research methodology is based on the application of a set of scientific methods: analysis and generalization of scientific sources on the problem of professional training in the social sphere, comparison of regulatory legal acts regulating the procedure for training individuals who provide social care services, structural and logical modeling to determine the levels and criteria for assessment, and systematization of the results obtained to form a holistic vision of the theoretical principles of deferred assessment. As a result of the study, the essence of the concept of "assessment of the deferred impact of training programs", which is defined as a systematic and multi-level process of analyzing the preservation, development and practical application of professional competencies after a certain period of time after completion of training, is substantiated. It was established that the key criteria for such an assessment are: the stability of acquired knowledge and skills, the ability to effectively apply them in working with wards, the level of satisfaction of recipients of social services with the quality of care, professional adaptability and readiness for further development. The practical significance of the study is that its results can be used to optimize typical training programs, develop a system of support and support for specialists after training, as well as improve the quality of social home care services.
