Abstract
A perspective path to increase the quality of education is the effective use of modern educational measurement, in particular - external independent assessment (EIA) study results . In turn, raising the quality of these measurements will contribute to the efficient use of internal potential of specific subjects, especially in-depth study of these subjects. This article examines the current state and prospects of potential semantic literary text as enzyme of quality testing of literature and other subjects. It is maid the conclusion that the perspective ways of improving the quality of new educational measurement are: • more active implementation of the semantic potential of literary texts; • intensification of test using by restoration of strained literary text; • development of the “criteria-based tests”; • expansion of the use of literary texts in external independent assessment of learning outcomes (in foreign languages, economics, jurisprudence, world history, Ukrainian history, geography, biology etc.); • activation of implementation of intertext semantic potential (in particular – by creating and filling the national “bank of the intertextual material” for external independent assessment; taking into account the providing of the intercontextual coherence of the educational material in the systemic development of the curriculum: preparing school programs, writing text books and manuals etc.
