Abstract

The article highlights the essential features of dialogic learning, characterizes its functions and reveals its impact on the development of interpersonal interaction of students. The article raises the problem presented in the context of the main strategies for building a new Ukrainian school and training teachers of secondary schools, in the context of the requirements for professional functions contained in the current professional standard «Teacher of a Secondary School». The study of the outlined problem correlates with the leading concepts of the new strategy for training a teacher, which are based on the values of human education. The integrative essence of dialogic learning is characterized as an educational phenomenon that serves as a tool for the development of high-quality interpersonal interaction of students and constitutes the basis for the development of the social culture of the individual. The essence of pedagogical support for the development of interpersonal interaction of students by means of dialogic learning is revealed, which consists in creating appropriately organized psychological and pedagogical conditions for personally centered connections during learning; intellectual, cultural, functional and procedural growth and self-formation and self-realization in the process of producing the cultural experience of social communities. Fragments of the author's educational practices are highlighted regarding the preparation of primary school teachers for dialogical teaching, which is presented against the background of the psychological, didactic, technological aspects of teaching the content module «Primary School Didactics», which is a component of the integrated course «Intervision of a Primary School Teacher». Dialogic teaching is presented in the context of forming the readiness of a future teacher of primary school for organizing the educational process in primary school, forming the communicative competence of education seekers.
