Abstract
Modern conditions of rapid changes in the market environment require enterprises not only to optimize operational activities, but also to be highly adaptable and capable of radical transformations of business processes. Lean technology, Agile methodologies and reengineering are key management concepts that, each in its own way, meet these challenges. The aim of the article is a comprehensive study of their interaction and synergistic effect to ensure the competitiveness and sustainable development of enterprises. The study of such a synthesis is relevant in the context of finding effective tools for modernizing business models in the context of digital transformation and globalization of the economy. This article explores the synergistic relationship between Lean technologies, Agile methodologies and business process reengineering (BPR). It is shown how each approach contributes to increasing the efficiency, quality and flexibility of business process management. The article analyzes the main values, principles and practices used in these methodologies and provides examples of their implementation in various industries. The emphasis is on the potential integration of these methods to achieve optimal results in the context of digital transformation and market dynamics. The study emphasizes their importance as critical tools for modern businesses that strive to maintain competitiveness and respond quickly to environmental changes. It is noted that Lean technologies are an effective business process management tool that allows enterprises to increase operational efficiency, reduce costs and accelerate adaptation to change. Due to their practicality and flexibility, they complement other methodologies well, providing a comprehensive approach to quality and productivity management. Agile methodologies provide competitive advantages by increasing the adaptability of business processes, active interaction with the client, improving quality and team interaction, as well as quickly identifying and eliminating problems. The reengineering process involves rethinking the business model of the enterprise using modern information technologies and innovative management approaches. By combining systematic waste reduction (Lean), iterative adaptability (Agile), and radical process redesign (reengineering), organizations can drive sustainability and innovation. This comprehensive study provides valuable information for managers and professionals seeking to effectively implement these approaches to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
