Abstract

The article highlights the content and significance of the mandatory educational component University Studies at Borys Grinchenko Kyiv Metropolitan University. It outlines the role of its modules in supporting students’ adaptation to the university environment, fostering corporate culture, and shaping the professional orientation of students majoring in B13 Library, Information, and Archival Studies. Special attention is given to the Introduction to the Specialty module as a key factor in the professional development of future specialists.
