Abstract

The relevance of the use of the research method is due to modern educational challenges. The rapid development of technology and the growth of information volumes require younger schoolchildren to have the ability to independently analyze data, make decisions and apply the acquired knowledge in practice. Thus, the implementation of the research method in primary school is a key factor in the successful implementation of STEM education, as it ensures the comprehensive development of cognitive, practical and social competencies of students, and also creates a basis for the formation of a modern educated personality. The purpose of the work is to theoretically substantiate and experimentally verify the effectiveness of the pedagogical conditions for applying the research method in the process of implementing STEM education in primary school. Practical significance of the study: the created notebook with educational materials will allow teachers to integrate the research method and digital technologies into the educational process, contributing to the development of STEM competencies in primary school students.
