Abstract
The master's thesis aims to analyze the content, dynamics, and characteristics of current trends in corporate education in Ukraine and to develop methodological recommendations for their implementation in organizations. The object of the study is corporate education as a socio-pedagogical system of professional development of adults in the context of modern transformations, and the subject is modern trends in corporate education in Ukraine and their psychological and pedagogical characteristics. The study is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of current trends in corporate education in Ukraine and their transformation in the context of martial law. Based on a theoretical review, the historical prerequisites for the development of corporate education are revealed, and its conceptual foundations, methodological approaches, models, and technologies for teaching adults in a corporate environment are identified. Particular attention is paid to the evolution of corporate education from traditional forms to a digital-humanistic paradigm that combines adaptability, innovation, and value orientation. The paper systematizes modern trends in corporate education – professional training, developmental (managerial), and additional (integrative) – and defines their content potential and role in shaping employee competencies. The impact of martial law on the content and organization of corporate training is analyzed, and current trends are identified: psychological support for staff, microlearning, digitalization, the use of artificial intelligence, the development of soft skills, the individualization of educational trajectories, and the social and humanitarian orientation of educational programs. Based on an empirical analysis of corporate practices of Ukrainian companies and the study of professional sources, methodological recommendations for the implementation of modern trends in corporate education in organizations have been developed. The results obtained are of practical importance for HR-specialists, training centers, and corporate universities and can be used to modernize the system of professional development of personnel in conditions of uncertainty and post-war recovery in Ukraine.
