Abstract

In the master’s qualification thesis, the global paradigm of development of the domestic and global real estate market is examined in the context of economic assessment, digitalization, and the post-war recovery of Ukraine. It is substantiated that under conditions of globalization, the real estate market acts as a key element of economic and social infrastructure, reflecting transformations in housing policy, investment activity, urbanization, and migration processes. Current trends in the development of the global real estate market are analyzed, including the growth of its scale, regional characteristics, and the impact of monetary policy, geopolitical risks, and digital technologies. Particular attention is paid to assessing the state and dynamics of the residential real estate market in Ukraine under conditions of wartime challenges, internal migration, and regional disparities. The purpose of the study is to develop theoretical, methodological, and applied foundations of the global paradigm of real estate market development at the national and global levels. The object of the research is the processes of formation, functioning, and development of the real estate market, while the subject of the research comprises economic relations, trends, and mechanisms of its regulation. The purpose of the master’s qualification thesis is to develop theoretical, methodological, and applied foundations of the global paradigm of development of the domestic and global real estate market in the context of its economic assessment and under conditions of digitalization and the post-war recovery of Ukraine. The object of the research is the processes of formation, functioning, and development of the real estate market in the national and global economy. The subject of the research includes economic relations, patterns, trends, and mechanisms for regulating the development of the real estate market at the global and national levels. The thesis employs a set of general scientific and specialized methods of economic analysis, including the systemic-structural method, comparative-historical analysis, statistical methods, and SWOT analysis. The theoretical interpretation of the concept of the “real estate market” as a multilevel system of economic, legal, and social relations is deepened. A matrix of strategic priorities for the development of Ukraine’s real estate market is developed, which makes it possible to assess the stages of sectoral transformation and to formulate forecast benchmarks for its development up to 2035. The practical significance of the results lies in the possibility of their application by public authorities, development companies, and investment institutions to support well-grounded managerial decision-making in the field of real estate market development and recovery.
