Abstract
The thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters each containing several subsections, conclusions, a list of references, and appendices. The total length of the work is 83 pages and includes 11 tables, 7 illustrations, 4 appendices, and 42 sources. The first chapter examines the theoretical foundations of customer relationship management, describes the essence, principles, and tools of CRM, and analyzes the functioning of CRM systems in crisis conditions. The second chapter presents a comprehensive analysis of the activities of LLC «WORKSHOP» and evaluates the state of its customer base. The financial performance of the enterprise and the structure of its revenues are analyzed. Changes in the structure of clients before and after the introduction of martial law are examined. The third chapter substantiates the directions for improving customer interaction and modernizing digital tools. Economic calculations are conducted, confirming the high efficiency and feasibility of the proposed changes. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the possibility of applying the proposed recommendations to improve CRM processes, enhance communication with customers, and strengthen client loyalty in fitness enterprises operating under unstable conditions.
