Анотація

The work consists of an introduction, three sections, each of which contains two subsections, conclusions, a list of sources used and appendices. The total volume of the work is 99 pages, contains 26 tables, 11 illustrations, 3 appendices, as well as 48 sources used. The first section reveals the essence of the enterprise's potential, the system of management of its use, analyzes scientific approaches to assessing and forming potential, and outlines the theoretical and methodological foundations of its effective development. The second section carries out a detailed analysis of the organizational and economic characteristics of the SE "LPP Ukraine", evaluates the system of management of its potential, identifies key problems and limitations, in particular excessive centralization, personnel risks, shortage of qualified specialists, as well as shortcomings of resource management processes. A comparison of the current and potential management models was carried out, which allowed to identify reserves for increasing efficiency. The third section proposes a set of measures to improve the system of management of the enterprise's potential. The directions of reorganization of the management structure were formed, the need for expanding the autonomy of the Ukrainian branch, digitalization of management processes, optimization of inventories, implementation of Activity-Based Costing and the ABC–XYZ matrix was substantiated. A project for improving efficiency was developed, the budget, expected financial and non-financial results were determined, in particular, growth in marginality and improvement of liquidity.
