Abstract
The qualification thesis examines is devoted to the theoretical, analytical and practical study of conflict management processes in the organization and the justification of directions for their improvement using the example of LLC "RUSH" (EVA chain of stores). Structurally, the work consists of an introduction, three sections, conclusions, a list of sources used from 55 items; total volume - 62 pages. The first section reveals the theoretical principles of conflict management in the organization: their essence, types, causes, theoretical approaches and models. The second section analyzes the features of conflict management in the organization of LLC "RUSH" (EVA chain of stores), in particular the organizational and economic characteristics of the enterprise, analyzes the current state of conflict management in the organization. The factors of conflict occurrence and communication problems are identified. The third section suggests ways to improve conflict management in the organization, in particular improving communications, optimizing the distribution of functions, responsibilities, introducing monitoring, hotlines, expanding the communicative competence of managers.
