Abstract

The thesis examines theoretical, analytical and practical aspects of conflict management in an organization and proposes recommendations for its improvement based on the case of LLC “Elektromerezhbud-7”. The structure includes an introduction, three chapters, conclusions, a list of 55 references and three appendices; the paper contains 5 figures and 4 tables, with a total volume of 68 pages. The first chapter presents theoretical and methodological foundations of organizational conflicts, including their essence, characteristics, classification, models and modern approaches to conflict management. The second chapter analyzes the current state of conflict management at LLC “Elektromerezhbud-7”, including its organizational and economic characteristics, structure and financial indicators for 2022–2024. Key conflict factors and communication challenges are identified. The third chapter offers practical recommendations for improving the conflict management system: enhancing communication, applying modern mediation and facilitation tools, optimizing role distribution and introducing preventive monitoring mechanisms.
