Abstract

Research into the current state and levels of partnership interaction between educators in preschool education institutions is relevant due to the growing need for coordinated teamwork, collective responsibility, and professional solidarity in ensuring the quality of preschool education. The purpose of the article is to analyze the state of partnership interaction between teachers and to substantiate ways to improve teamwork based on the conducted theoretical research. It is substantiated that in today's conditions, partnership in preschool educational institutions functions as a multidimensional phenomenon that integrates interaction, collegiality, teamwork, exchange of experience, and mutual support.The analysis of scientific literature allowed us to assert that teachers demonstrate a generally positive orientation towards cooperation, readiness for joint planning, and involvement in the implementation of joint educational tasks. Водночас, зазначено, що партнерська взаємодія формується під впливом колегіальності, готовності до спільного планування, професійного обміну та взаємопідтримки, водночас залишаючись нерівномірно розвиненою в межах різних педагогічних колективів. It is shown that the uneven involvement of educators in collective initiatives, episodic participation in team projects, and insufficient institutional support limit the formation of a sustainable culture of partnership. У висновках наголошено, що посилення командної роботи в закладах дошкільної освіти потребує оптимізації спільного планування, посилення колегіальності, розробки структурованих форматів командних проєктів та створення сталих механізмів професійного обміну. Акцентовано увагу на тому, що застосування рівневого аналізу створює основу для розробки цільових стратегій для покращення внутрішньої співпраці, підвищення ефективності роботи педагогічних колективів та загальної якості освітнього процесу.
