Abstract
The thesis substantiates and designs a school-level, managed model of digital, level-based assessment in the History subject area. Drawing on the current regulatory framework (national guidelines for grades 5–9, the official status of the electronic gradebook, and the rules for blended and distance learning), it proposes an integrated service architecture: an electronic gradebook as the legally binding registry; a classroom-type learning environment for task delivery and rubric use; tools for rapid formative checks; an electronic repository for student portfolios; and a video channel for oral defenses. A History “process passport” is specified (minimum per module: document-based analysis of historical sources, a cartographic case study, a timeline with commentary, and an essay or debate), together with common rubrics with level descriptors, a roles-and-responsibilities matrix, and clearly defined standard operating procedures. A concise monitoring set for the plan–do–check–act cycle is introduced (timeliness of feedback, completeness of the electronic gradebook, coverage of tasks across cognitive levels, agreement in double-marking, inclusivity), alongside data protection and continuity policies (data minimization, two-factor authentication, access logs, archiving, offline fallback). The empirical part offers a demonstrative comparative snapshot of four lyceums (No. 21, No. 59, No. 293, “Dialog”) with a maturity index and targeted improvement priorities. The study’s novelty lies in coupling level-based History assessment with triangulated digital evidence (portfolios, action logs, screen recordings, oral micro-defenses) within a school-wide cycle of continuous improvement. Practical value is delivered through ready-to-use tools: task and rubric templates, an indicator map, a year-long roadmap, and communication samples for parents and students.
