Abstract
The master’s qualification thesis addresses the problem of managerial support for the implementation of peace-building education practices in the educational environment of general secondary education institutions as one of the priority directions in the development of the modern Ukrainian school. The relevance of the study is determined by the social challenges of wartime conditions, the need to create a safe, psychologically comfortable, and inclusive educational environment, as well as to foster a culture of peace, non-violent interaction, and civic responsibility among students. Structure of the thesis: the paper consists of an introduction, two chapters, conclusions, a list of references, and appendices. The total volume is 78 pages, including 4 figures and 2 appendices. The list of references comprises 74 sources.
