Abstract
The qualification master’s thesis examines the theoretical foundations of managing the development of digital competence among pedagogical staff in preschool educational institutions. The essence and structure of digital competence have been clarified, its key components identified, and the importance of teachers’ digital readiness for ensuring the quality of the educational process demonstrated. The main mechanisms for managing the development of digital skills are considered, including regulatory, organizational, methodological, technological, diagnostic, and motivational tools. An analysis of the level of digital competence of the staff of Preschool Educational Institution No. 577 in Kyiv was conducted based on a questionnaire survey and statistical data processing. Based on the results, a program aimed at enhancing the digital competence of educators was developed, focused on improving their digital skills and fostering an innovative educational environment.
