Анотація

The poster focuses on the topics of aging and old age in Max Kidruk's novel "Нові темні віки. Колонія", specifically on the imagery of prolonging life. The gerontotechnology enables Goran Zahariya, a leader of the Ukrainian Diaspora on Mars, to live up to 127 years old. The same technology is vital for a 42-year-old Kenton Dragun, suffering from progeria. The poster presentation explores Kidruk's balance between utopian and dystopian themes of aging within the narrative set in 2141.
