Abstract

The article reveals the theoretical and methodological principles and practical mechanisms for forming an effective pedagogical team in a secondary education institution. Based on the analysis of modern scientific literature, the psychological essence of the pedagogical team, its key characteristics and differences from the traditional pedagogical team are determined. The stages of the natural development of the team and the psychological conditions required for each of them are described in detail. The central role of subject-subject interaction, empathy, trust and effective communication as the foundation of partnership relations is considered. A set of practical methods and technologies of team building aimed at developing cohesion, collective responsibility and a common vision of the problems of the educational institution and ways to solve them is substantiated. Special attention is paid to the role of the school head as a facilitator and manager of the team building process. The article contains practical recommendations for school administrations on the formation of a favorable socio-psychological climate and overcoming typical problems on the way to team formation. Team formation is not considered an administrative decision, but as a long-term psychological process of transforming a formal group of pedagogical workers into a pedagogical community united by common values and goals. Investments in building a pedagogical team are investments in the quality of the educational environment. An effective pedagogical team becomes not only a tool for achieving educational results, but also a powerful resource of psychological stability, professional support and innovative development for each teacher, which ultimately creates the best conditions for the formation of the personality of students. To determine the mission and goals of an educational institution, it is necessary to understand the system of values that has developed in the school. Conversely, the basic values of the school determine its role and the role of education in general in the development of the child, are reflected in the mission and goals of the institution and are specified in the concept of its development. In the management environment of an educational institution, a team is a group of professional teachers of different levels who are united by a common understanding of achieving the set goals. Such a team can sometimes be created spontaneously, and sometimes its creation requires a lot of effort from the head of the educational institution: to create “his” team, the school director must make a lot of effort and time.
