Abstract
In this qualifying bachelor's thesis, I investigated the process of creating and implementing the author's journalistic project "Voices of Kherson" - a series of video interviews that highlight the lives of residents of the deoccupied territories using the example of the Kherson region. The main goal of the work was to record the personal experience of citizens in the post-occupation period using modern journalism tools. In the theoretical part, I analyzed the interview genre in the context of socially important journalism, the specifics of work in post-traumatic communities, as well as the role of visual formats in documenting local memory. Particular attention is paid to ethical standards when interacting with respondents who survived the occupation. The practical part covers the development of a concept, structuring issues, creating a series of videos, publishing them on the YouTube platform, analyzing the dynamics of views and feedback. The work is based on the author's approach to documentary recording and representing regional experience in wartime. The project demonstrates the possibilities of individual journalistic initiative in conditions of limited resources and confirms the potential of local content as a source of socially significant information.
