Abstract
The bachelor's thesis is devoted to the topic of post-war reconstruction of Ukraine in view of international experience and the role of partnership. The work analyzes the main challenges facing the country in the process of restoring infrastructure, economy and social institutions after the war. Particular attention is paid to the experience of Poland, the USA and Germany, which have successful reconstruction practices in history. The importance of international partnership and donor support for ensuring sustainable development of Ukraine is considered. The theoretical part highlights the main concepts and approaches to post-war reconstruction. The practical part includes the creation of an information project in the format of an Instagram page, which is designed to inform the youth audience about the importance and features of reconstruction. Social networks are considered as an effective tool for communication and mobilization of civil society. The paper proves that transparency and publicity of reconstruction processes contribute to reducing corruption risks. The analysis showed that the media are able to activate domestic resources and attract international assistance. The role of visual content in the quick and understandable delivery of complex information is highlighted. Recommendations are proposed for improving information policy in the context of reconstruction. The results of the paper may be useful for specialists in the fields of journalism, communications, and public administration. The paper emphasizes the importance of an interdisciplinary approach for the successful recovery of Ukraine.
