Abstract
The article scientifically substantiates the feasibility of using digital music technologies in the professional training of saxophone students in the context of university education. The necessity of integrating digital tools into the training of new artists and combining academic music performance schools with innovative technologies has been proven. The role of the saxophone teacher in helping students master innovative performance techniques and digital tools has been defined. The importance of information and communication technologies in students' mastery of digital music programs, applications, and platforms is analyzed. The role of studio workshops in helping saxophone students gain experience in working with studio equipment (digital and analog) is described. The main saxophone touches, techniques, and effects that students should master in their professional classes and apply artistically in the recording process are classified. The necessity for students to learn how to play the digital saxophone is justified, and its technical progressiveness and ease of use are proven. Emphasis is placed on the use of artificial intelligence in students' independent work (creating original musical content in a specific style or various improvisations on a given theme). The principles of successful application of digital music technologies in the professional training of saxophone students have been identified. Conclusions formulated: 1. The integration of digital music technologies into the professional training of saxophonists is a sign of the transformation of traditional methods of teaching musicians and innovative changes in the educational process of art universities. 2. Modern computer technologies are not only an auxiliary teaching tool, but also a powerful instrument for developing the cognitive abilities, analytical thinking, and creativity of performing musicians. 3. Acquiring skills in working with digital tools contributes to expanding the range of professional competencies of saxophone students and fostering interest in diverse creative activities.
