Анотація

The study examines narrative organisation in contemporary Anglophone and Francophone women-centred prose, with a focus on everyday resilience as a structuring principle. It treats feel-good literature not as a loosely defined category but as a stable narrative pattern centred on the continuity of daily life under conditions of personal difficulty. The analysis shows that narrative development is achieved through repetition, small-scale actions, and recurring interactions rather than decisive plot events. Particular attention is paid to the role of interpersonal communication as the main space where meaning is negotiated and gradually reshaped. The comparative perspective demonstrates that while Anglophone texts rely more on interactional progression, Francophone texts sustain prolonged engagement with stable situations. In both traditions, key thematic concerns such as relationships, loss, and dissatisfaction are not resolved but revisited with variation. The findings suggest that these texts construct resilience not through transformation but through the ongoing reinterpretation of experience.
