Abstract
The article provides a theoretical analysis of the problem of forming a management model for a modern preschool educational institution. The modern paradigm of education, based on the principles of humanization and democratization, puts forward new requirements for the management of preschool educational institutions. It is substantiated that traditional administrative approaches to the management of preschool educational institutions are exhausting their potential, giving way to models based on socio-psychological mechanisms that ensure the development of an educational institution. The key resource for such development is not so much the material and technical base as human capital - pedagogical workers, their motivation, cohesion and professional dedication. The essence of the phenomena of shared values, trust and responsibility as basic elements of the corporate culture of an educational organization is determined. Such shared values as “child is the main value”, “openness to cooperation”, “professional growth” perform the function of an “internal compass” and reduce the need for external control over the activities of a pedagogical worker. In a preschool educational institution, trust is manifested at several levels. This is the trust of teachers in the leader, the leader’s trust in teachers, trust between colleagues and the trust of parents in the educational institution. Responsibility in a value-oriented model is transformed from externally coercive to internal, proactive, which becomes a powerful motivator of professional activity. Modern research confirms the ineffectiveness of purely administrative management methods in preschool education. Trust is considered not as an abstract concept, but as a specific management resource that affects staff turnover, motivation and the quality of interaction with children. The role of the manager is transformed from an administrator to a leaderfacilitator, who, by personal example and authentic behavior, forms the value basis of organizational culture. A structural and functional model of preschool educational institution management based on trust and shared values is proposed and practical recommendations are outlined for heads of preschool educational institutions, consisting of valuemotivational, organizational-communicative, operational-activity and control-corrective blocks. The psychological conditions for the effective implementation of a valueoriented management model are revealed, which include transformation of leadership style, development of psychological safety of the pedagogical team of a preschool educational institution, involvement of pedagogical staff in decision-making, creation of a reflective environment. The key psychological conditions for the successful implementation of this model are the transformation of the manager's leadership towards facilitation and coaching, the creation of an atmosphere of psychological safety, the involvement of teaching staff in making management decisions, the development of a reflective environment, and a value-oriented personnel policy.
