Abstract
The article provides a comprehensive theoretical and methodological analysis and systematization of key trends and contemporary tools for employee learning and development that shape the landscape of corporate education in 2026. The relevance of the study is driven by the strategic transition of corporate pedagogy from an auxiliary human resource management function to the status of a key driver of organizational adaptability and competitiveness. It is substantiated that the modern business education ecosystem is based on four fundamental principles: continuity, personalization of development trajectories, transformation of thinking, and deep integration of learning into operational business processes, ensuring the immediate conversion of knowledge into performance. The aim of the article is to systematize the toolkit of corporate pedagogy and outline the prospects for its implementation to optimize personnel development systems under conditions of rapid digitalization. The research is based on a set of scientific methods, including a systematic review of the source base, content analysis of current corporate strategies of leading companies, data visualization methods, and theoretical generalization. The paper systematizes and provides a detailed characterization of key tools across six functional blocks: digital intelligent platforms and the role of generative artificial intelligence as the main driver of learning individualization; needs assessment (TNA) and multi-level models for evaluating the effectiveness of investments in learning; flexible formats (microlearning, gamification, social and flipped learning); immersive technologies for technical training and onboarding; workplace learning (coaching, mentoring, shadowing, job rotation); integrated knowledge transfer models (the “Science to Business” model) and best European practices of interdisciplinary collaboration between universities and business. The study concludes on the multidimensional nature of modern corporate pedagogy as a strategic investment in human capital. Prospects for further research are identified, related to the empirical measurement of technology effectiveness and the analysis of the transformative impact of AI on the development of professional competencies
