Abstract

The article analyzes the need to organize professional training for future social educators, taking into account factors that will contribute to the formation of social success and social responsibility of applicants. The importance of social success and social responsibility for future professional activity and personal life self-determination is emphasized. Factors contributing to the formation of social success (a feeling of students' involvement in social changes through state policy; updating generally accepted value orientations; taking into account the interests and needs of students in the process of organizing the social life of a higher education institution; supporting and creating opportunities for the development of an active social position of students; the presence of positive psychological attitudes among students; the feeling of being full-fledged participants in the academic group and active in social activities; the presence of resources and opportunities for the development of social activity of students and the manifestation of initiative on their part; the presence of emotional maturity) and social responsibility (stimulating students' motivation to study; students' awareness of the importance of adhering to the ethics of future professional activity; the presence of opportunities for applying the acquired professional skills in practice during the educational process; the presence of psychosocial support for students in a higher education institution) of future social workers in the process of professional training have been identified. It is noted that social success and social responsibility of future social workers are equally important and, in many ways, complementary. Therefore, the authors identified common factors in the formation of social success and social responsibility of future social workers (the presence of strong-willed characteristics in applicants, which can be manifested through leadership qualities and manifestation of themselves in social leadership; development of a professional image; the presence of motivation as a factor in moving towards the set goals and achieving them; creation of conditions for applicants to develop cooperation skills in an international environment and recognition of intercultural problems of professional activity).
