Анотація
The article presents a theoretical analysis of the problem of developing the creative potential of future teachers in the context of innovative educational practices. The relevance of the study is determined by the processes of educational digitalization, the implementation of Education 4.0–5.0 concepts, the development of artificial intelligence, and the need to train a new generation teacher capable of creative professional activity, innovative thinking, and professional mobility. It is substantiated that the creative potential of a future teacher is an integrative personal characteristic combining motivational, cognitive, activity-based, and reflective components that determine the ability for professional self-realization and implementation of educational innovations. The essence of the concept “creative potential of a future teacher” has been clarified and its structural components characterized. It has been established that the motivational component ensures the aspiration for creative self-development; the cognitive component includes professional knowledge and flexibility of thinking; the activity component determines the ability to implement creative ideas in pedagogical practice; and the reflective component contributes to self-analysis and professional improvement. It has been proved that innovative educational practices are an effective means of developing the creative potential of students in pedagogical specialties. The use of project-based learning, case-study methods, problem-based learning, STEM/STEAM approaches, design thinking, interactive technologies, and digital resources contributes to thedevelopment of critical and divergent thinking, pedagogical improvisation, communication skills, and the ability to create innovative educational products. The pedagogical conditions for the effective development of the creative potential of future teachers have been identified, namely: creating an innovative educational environment, integrating project and research activities, using interactive technologies, developing pedagogical reflection, and focusing on student-centered learning. It is emphasized that their comprehensive implementation ensures the formation of creative independence, professional mobility, and readiness of future teachers for innovative professional activity
