Abstract
Thesis for the degree of PhD in physical education and sport in specialty 24.00.01 – Olympic and Professional Sport. – National University of Physical Education and Sport of Ukraine, Kyiv, 2013. This thesis deals with the problem of increasing of the efficiency of prestart preparation of qualified fencers. The modern sports theory accentuates some points which permit to settle the problems owing to complex application of training and extra-training means of the common orientation. At the same time, one of the most relevant and least developed areas is the development of mobilization (stimulating) warm-up routines based on extra-training means. Analysis of the results showed that under the influence of the experimental complex more prominent changes in the speed of simple and complex visual-motor response were detected. It has been found that after the application of the experimental complex the rate of the «training impulse» was significantly higher (p <0.05), than after the application of traditional warm-up. Analysis of data obtained during the simulation of the competitive activity of qualified fencers showed the significant changes (p <0.05) in the efficiency of the attacking, defensive and counterattacking actions after the application of the experimental complex, comparing to the same data obtained after the application of the traditional warm-up.
