Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the coaching approach as a tool for professional support and development of teachers in the face of modern challenges. Particular attention is paid to the possibilities of coaching in developing teachers' professional competence, increasing their reflexivity, emotional stability, motivation for self-development and ability to adapt in conditions of increased psycho-emotional stress. The study conducted among teachers revealed a high level of use of coaching elements in professional activities and their positive perception. According to the results of the questionnaire and application of the PSS methodology, it was established that the coaching approach contributes to reducing stress levels, developing internal resources and supporting the psychological well-being of teachers. At the same time, the main limitations of its implementation are outlined, among which organizational barriers, insufficient level of training and unsystematic application dominate. It is noted that the coaching approach is an effective resource for professional development and psycho-emotional support of teachers, which requires further systematization and integration into educational practice
