Анотація
As the assessment of international practices shows, natural resources suffer significant damage as a result of military aggression. The Gulf War and the war in the former Yugoslavia demonstrate that natural resources are also subject to damage. In order to restore such damage, states spend considerable amounts of money and implement recovery measures over a long period of time.
