Abstract
In the article the concept "level of aspiration" is examined as a part of the activities of the objective structure. Level of aspirations associated with the production of complex, but achievable goals. Subjective difficulty of achieving the goal determines the degree of mobilization of human, level of diligence, patience, perseverance and ultimately leads to the manifestation of his purposeful activity. Analyzed empirically manifest discrepancy manifestation of harassment as an indicator of self-esteem and as an indicator of motivation related to achievement in adolescence. The necessity of correcting level of aspiration to form a purposeful activity and prevention of intrapersonal conflicts in adolescence.
