Abstract

The article considers the theoretical and practical aspects of the selection of the content of training teachers of biology as the requirements of modernity, fundamentalization, integration and generalization as its way of reform and modernization. Scientifically proven integration not only pedagogical disciplines, but also methods of teaching the basics of natural sciences on the basis of this model: the historical aspect of the issue - its rationale (concepts, theories, laws, principles, etc.) - A technique and technology of its implementation in the educational process (eg course "Fundamentals of Cytology and its Teaching Methodology", the content of which will be presented to the background and history of cytological knowledge, the current state of scientific cytological studies in Ukraine and abroad, cytological method of forming concepts in students).
