Abstract

Integration of national teacher education in European educational space should include raising the level of training of future teachers and guidance on European standards of training. In the context of this comparative study is essential in the search for mechanisms of transformation of national standards for teacher education to yevropeyskyh.Zaznachene study dwells upon the features of the official requirements for professional competence of pre-school teachers in Western Europe. System analysis showed the existence of official (formal) requirements for the competence of preschool teachers at the national level has the advantage lies in the fact that the conditions for continuity between higher education institutions and direct clients or between training and national curriculum training preschool teachers (ECEC). These requirements include: compliance with the social order; compliance profession labor market "demand profession"; formation of intrinsic motivation and commitment to professional growth; formed ability to innovate new approaches and "the development of the profession" (additional specialty); Research findings also point to the importance of prevailing in future preschool teacher creating mutual relations with parents in the context of the differential approach (because the survey of teachers showed that, despite existing in Western Europe official requirements for professional competence, training is much more focused on building knowledge and skills in working with children, not the parents); And finally - a willingness to implement student-centered teaching.
