Abstract

Experimental work on the problems of distance education began in 2014. During the experiment was carried out to study the implementation of elements of blended learning in its simplest form - flipped classroom. Improving the work, the authors came to understand the need for competency approach to the educational process. Competency approach necessary to implement a system otherwise discredited idea. The work of the organization competency-based learning should start with determining the list of required competencies that should get student, mastering a topic or section of the course. The necessary construction is a structured list of competencies, namely repository competencies as key and the subject, based on which you can create educational resources. Learning system Moodle 3.2 provides this all possible.
