Abstract
Purpose: to form the foundations of corporate culture and social responsibility, a system of knowledge in the field of leadership, understanding of the conceptual foundations of leadership in ministry; acquisition of skills necessary for a leader, development of leadership qualities. Objective: To acquaint students with ministry leadership and its basic principles; develop students' leadership qualities (communicative, organizational, creativity, etc.) teach how to use the principles of ministry leadership in daily Diyalnosti. In order to master the module, the student must: know new theories and concepts of leadership; know the principles of ministry leadership; understand the concept of "active listening", "emotional intelligence", "conflict" and others; know the types of roles in the team; be able to use the principles of service; resolve conflicts from a leadership-service position; use means of motivation; build a team and work in a team.
